| What is ASF doing to assure proper use of the donated funds?
The Albanian Scholarship Foundation has established the following safeguards to protect the misuse of funds:

Annually the Oversight Committee reviews ASF's activities and finances and submits a report which is available to the public

Funds are received only through legal means. No cash-in-hand donations will be received.

Dispersing of scholarship funds is also processed in legal means, through bank-to-bank transfer. When possible scholarship funds will be paid directly to the education institution where the scholarship winner is studying.

ASF's Financial Reports will be made public.

Scholarship winners are also announced publicly.

Contracts are made between ASF and scholarship winners, spelling out the responsibilities of both parties.
